The Culture Centre has two event halls - first hall with 464 spectating seats in the hall and on the balcony, and second hall that can have up to 200 visitors under the roof. Both halls had been set by acoustics and lighting engineers to provide needed experience. The Centre also has a Registry office, state library, Stopini County Museum of History and a cafeteria. A parking lot and illuminated fountain will be constructed next to the Culture Centre.
Main challenge in this project was its complex egg-shaped structure. This led us to improvise and change existing connections, e.g. changing of bracing connections, reinforcing some sections due to technological and erection problems etc.
