In the vibrant heart of Riga, Latvia, ODDIN played a pivotal role in a remarkable project: the reconstruction of a historic building nestled in the city center. Our expertise shone through as we meticulously crafted workshop documentation for this multifaceted endeavor.

This storied building, with its many floors and intricate architectural details, presented a complex challenge. Numerous intersections with existing structures required seamless integration. The project demanded the skillful incorporation of a diverse range of materials, including steel, concrete, timber, brick, and more.

Our team excelled in the art of connecting existing structures with new additions, each comprised of distinct materials. We went a step further, skillfully crafting new structures within the time-honored facade walls of the original edifice.

Over the course of 8 months, ODDIN's dedication and precision shone through. The project's weighty tonnage of 295 tons and an expansive area covering 2750 square meters stand as a testament to our commitment to excellence in every detail of workshop documentation. In the heart of Riga, we contributed to preserving the city's rich architectural heritage for generations to come.
