The project was carried out in two stages: the reconstruction of the existing building and the construction of a new section. The main elements of the building are made of combined steel-concrete structures.
Due to the rather large volumes of design assembly welding, in order to simplify and speed up the assembly process, recalculation of all welded joints to bolted ones was performed.
