New headquarters of DSV logistics company adds 10 thousands square meters of office working space in Hedehusene and adds 420 new workplaces. The building has a large modern conference center with a lounge, a new fitness area for workers, as well as a courtyard right in the center of the building.
The project has a lot of modern technological solutions to provide green energy facilities - solar panels on the roof, intelligent facade with climate screen, wide usage of natural light sources etc.
The building itself is a composite structure with steel HQ-beams and HCS as flooring. In this project our team faced many challenges - elements with non-linear profile, complex curved sides of the floors and retained steel framework assemblies, tight deadlines with one-by-one production stages, redesign of some connections by ourselves to fulfill the needs of on-site changes in short terms.
