Our team took charge of the production and erection documentation for this remarkable project, ensuring precision and efficiency in every step of the construction process. Key Project Details:
A large modular project featuring 5 buildings with over 260 individual modules.
Modules were fully assembled in the factory, complete with interior decoration, water supply, and electricity, offering a ready-to-use living space upon arrival at the construction site.
Buildings were skillfully erected by seamlessly joining and connecting the pre-fabricated modules.
The complexity of Unity Malmo's construction posed exciting challenges, especially in accessing various connection points during assembly and managing a high density of bolted and welded joints. To optimize the development process, ODDIN's engineers devised innovative solutions for automation and parameterization of drawing and modeling tasks. This allowed for the creation of complex nodes and structural components using advanced parametric modeling tools.
